Eddie Ray, CSP, General Manager - Atlanta, GA
Eddie has been in the Staffing Industry since graduating Kennesaw State University in 1995 with a Bachelor Degree in Business. Eddie worked for a national staffing service as an On-Site Supervisor and placed employees in an Industrial capacity for another national staffing firm. Since joining Encadria Staffing Solutions in 1998, Eddie has been promoted through multiple positions and now manages the organization. Eddie received his Certified Staffing Professional Certification in March 2004.
Sue Strong-Gossage, CSP, Assistant General Manager - Green Bay, Wisconsin
Before starting with Encadria in 2001, Sue worked for a locally owned staffing service for 12 years. Since joining Encadria Staffing Solutions, Sue has been promoted through multiple positions and now co-manages the organization. She earned her designation as a Certified Staffing Professional in March 2004. Sue received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Wisconsin Green Bay.
Amanda Mincey, CSP, Market Manager /Business Development Manager - Jacksonville, Florida
Amanda joined the Staffing Industry in 1998. She joined the Encadria team in August 2000, opening the Jacksonville, FL office, the first outside of Metro Atlanta. She received her CSP in March 2004 and has a BA Degree from Valdosta State University.
Kristin N. Shaw, CSP, Market Manager - Green Bay, Wisconsin
Kristin has been in the Staffing Industry since 1990. She brings experience with both local and national staffing companies where she worked prior to joining Encadria in March 2002. During her tenure with Encadria, Kristin has worked in a number of roles and is now managing the Green Bay market. She is currently a member of the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College’s Administrative Assistant Advisory Board and has previously been an active member of various community and school advisory boards. Kristin also volunteers her time at the technical college, presenting job skills/job coaching sessions.
Marie Sotillo, CSP, Client Service Supervisor - Green Bay, Wisconsin
Marie began her career in the staffing industry with Encadria Staffing Solutions in 2002 as an Operations Support Administrator. In 2005 she was promoted to a Client Service Supervisor. Marie received her CSP in December of 2005. She is bilingual and very active in the local Hispanic Community.
Sarah Stark, CSP, Client Service Supervisor - Green Bay, Wisconsin
Sarah joined the Encadria Staffing Solutions team in October 2010. She started her career working for an onsite staffing company in Green Bay doing high volume recruiting and staffing for light industrial positions. Sarah graduated from UW Oshkosh with a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Administration.
Kim Saulsberry, Client Service Supervisor / Business Development Manager - Memphis, Tennessee
Kim joined the Encadria team in October of 2008 and has been working in the Staffing Industry since 2001. She has worked in variety of positions for both local and global staffing companies, placing employees predominantly within the light industrial business segment. Kim attended Southwest Community College, majoring in Computer Operations and Business Administration.
Melanie Yarbrough, CSP, Client Service Supervisor - Atlanta, GA
Melanie has been working in the staffing industry since 2000 and joined Encadria Staffing Solutions in 2001. Melanie received her CSP in 2004. She has a Bachelor's Degree from Alabama State University and a Masters Degree from Troy State University.
Dee Dee Kline, CSP, Client Service Supervisor - Jacksonville, Florida
Dee Dee started working with Encadria in August of 2004. She began her career in the staffing industry as the Operations Support Administrator for the Jacksonville office and was promoted to Client Service Supervisor in 2006. Dee Dee received her Certified Staffing Professional designation in March of 2005 and has a certificate in Business and Office Technology from Coastal Georgia Community College.
Tom O'Loughlin, Office Administrator - Atlanta, GA
Tom joined the Encadria team in December 2006 after relocating to Atlanta from southern Florida. Tom has over 10 years of administrative experience and attended college for Business Administration. Tom is a member of the American Payroll Association.
Brigitte Cyran, CSP, Client Service Supervisor / Business Development Manager - Florence, SC
Brigitte joined the Encadria team in January 2010, opening the Florence, SC branch. Although Brigitte is new to the Staffing Industry, she has over 15 years of management experience within the marketing/media industry and attended college for marketing and professional development. She is an active member of various community organizations and enjoys working with several local networking groups.
Kathy Sims, CSP, Client Service Supervisor - Florence, SC
Kathy joined the Encadria team in December 2009. In the prior year, Kathy worked for a national staffing firm as an On-site Manager at Georgia-Pacific's Dixie Cup Plant in Darlingon, SC. Prior to working in the Staffing Industry, Kathy worked in the Retail Industry in a variety of positions. Kathy is currently enrolled in Limestone College, pursing a degree in Human Resources / Training and Development.
LaTonya T. Sanders, CSP, Market Manager - Atlanta, GA
LaTonya joined the Encadria team April 2010 and is currently responsible for the management of the Atlanta market. For the five years prior to joining Encadria, LaTonya worked in the HR/Staffing industry, successfully recruiting Professional, Industrial, Administrative and Managerial candidates. She has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Journalism from Eastern Michigan University and a Masters of Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. LaTonya received her CSP designation in 2007.

Sarah joined the Encadria Staffing Solutions team in 2011. She began working in the Staffing Industry in 1999 and has worked with both local and national staffing firms in the Metro Atlanta area, where she serviced a mixture of industrial and clerical accounts. Sarah attended college at Fort Valley State University.
Jeanne Thomas, Client Service Supervisor - Atlanta, GA
Jeanne joined the Encadria Staffing Solutions team in 2011 shortly after graduating from Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Jeanne is new to the Staffing Industry, but has seven years’ experience in the hospitality industry, where she excelled in exceeding customer expectations, meeting deadlines and building strong relationships.
Rich Long, CSP, Client Service Supervisor - Atlanta, GA
Rich joined the Encadria team in May 2011. He had spent several years selling in the book printing business prior to entering the staffing industry in 2005. While at a national staffing company, he worked in roles that included Recruiting/Selling, Branch Management and as a Client Specialist. Rich graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Speech Communications.

Jim Schwartz, CSP, Business Development Manager – Green Bay, Wisconsin
Jim started in the staffing industry in 1991 as a sales representative/branch manager for a large national staffing firm. Several years later he acquired their Green Bay office and operated it as a franchisee for 9 years. Jim joined Encadria Staffing Solutions in 2005 as Business Development Manager for the Green Bay market. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Alumni Association and has been a member of the Green Bay chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management(SHRM) since 1993. He is an American Staffing Association “Certified Staffing Professional”. Jim earned his B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
Kim Kincaid, CSP, Business Development Manager – Atlanta, Georgia
Kim joined Encadria Staffing Solutions in 2006 as a Business Development Manager. She has over 15 years of sales experience working with some of the largest corporations in the Atlanta area. She is member of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and enjoys working with several local networking groups. Kim received CSP certification in March of 2000. She is an Atlanta native and has an Associates degree from Dekalb College..

Ricky joined the Encadria team in February 2011 and has been working in the Staffing Industry since 2007. He has worked in a variety of positions for both local and global staffing companies, placing employees predominantly within the accounting/finance and healthcare verticals. Ricky attended Auburn University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Suzanne High, Business Development Manager - Peachtree City, GA
Suzanne joined the Encadria Staffing Solutions team in 2011 as a Business Development and Client Service Manager at our Southside office in Peachtree City. Suzanne previously worked for a large international staffing firm for seven years, where she held progressive roles in recruiting, sales and management. Suzanne has serviced both the Atlanta and Los Angeles marketplace, with a focus on finance, accounting, operational, and administrative positions across a variety of industries. Client satisfaction and candidate fulfillment are her priorities. Suzanne graduated with a BA Degree from the University of California at Riverside; she has many interests and actively participates in her community.
