"Program for Employee Satisfaction and Customer Service"

  • Assignment Merit Evaluation

This evaluation is used to monitor the performance of our temporary staffing employees on assignment for you. In addition, this evaluation is used to consider employees for pay increases, promotions, training and targeting areas for improvement.
  • Employee Satisfaction Evaluation

Our flexible staff completes the satisfaction evaluation after each assignment and it is used to monitor the performance of our staff when placing employees on assignment.
Candor and honesty by you and our temporary staffing employees will provide us with the continuing guidance to increase true quality of service provided by Encadria Staffing Solutions.

Annual Quality Service Survey

Clients are given the opportunity to provide feedback on the Encadria Staffing Solutions internal office staff.
