Machine Operator/Packer

Attention to detail is essential as people will be recognizing damaged or problem product. Staffing associates will apply specifications for each production line to their job. Preparing raw materials for the line and packaging finished product is also included. You will be standing and/or walking all day. This is a teamwork environment and your ability to communicate effectively with your team members is a must.

Mega Pallet Packer

Positions are located along a production line that packages large bundles of product. The job requires close teamwork and attention to detail. You will be moved into different positions along the line approximately every hour and will be standing all day. Duties include sealing the plastic wrapping by ironing it using a household iron and teflon tape, stacking, and moving the cases.

Paper Sorter

Position sorts through used paper for unusable paper. It is a negative sort, pulling off the paper that can't be recycled. This position can work in an area with an exposure to heights as there are some elevated sort lines. Please don't take this position if heights bother you.

Baler Operator

Operator is responsible for baling all material according to individual grade and mill specifications. Maintaining the baler and keeping the paper supply to the machine. Good mechanical aptitude is helpful. Lock-out/tag-out and safe baler training must be successfully completed. Forklift and/or skid steer ability is necessary.
