Customized Recruiting

While recruiting is always a top priority at Encadria Staffing Solutions, we will customize our recruiting to fit your needs.

Screening

Each applicant is thoroughly screened prior to interviewing with the Encadria Staffing Solutions staff for evaluation and interview. We will determine the appropriateness of a personal interview by obtaining information about work history, skills, work preferences, availability and salary requirements.

Application Process

Our application process is fully automated and can be accomplished on-line before the actual interview meeting.

Employment Screening

Encadria Staffing Solutions conducts a throught investigation of the candidate's prior work history and education, while also performing a criminal background check. We can also check credit history for employees in positions of fiscal responsibility. All criminal investigations are processed according to federal law and follow all requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Drug Screens may be performed upon offer of employment and include a 5-Panel screen.

Skills Evaluation

At Encadria Staffing Solutions we recognize the importance of meeting our client's business needs with employees who have the right skills to do the required job immediately. That is why we use ProveIt™, the most advanced and comprehensive web based system for evaluating and enhancing the skills of today's worker.

Behavioral Interview

As job descriptions and responsibilities are changing, so has the interview. Knowing our candidates' technical skills as well as their interpersonal talents can make the difference between a good hire and just another company interview. Our behavioral interview techniques help us identify flexible, motivated, team players that give thought to their work tasks.

Orientation

Encadria Staffing Solutions has found consistency to be extremely important in managing flexible employees. Each applicant participates in our video orientation, complete with orientation booklet for personal use. An Encadria Staffing Solutions supervisor personally completes the orientations, emphasizing many of the basics of being an employee of Encadria Staffing Solutions. This includes an explanation of assignments, reasons why our employees should contact our office, assignment advice, and an explanation of our payroll process, appropriate attire and employee benefits.
