Temporary Staffing
Temporary work is generally sporadic and intermittent and is not governed by a fixed or regular schedule. This is an excellent way to supplement the needs of your existing workforce during employee absences or temporary skill shortages, or for peak seasonal workloads and special projects, Encadria has carefully screened employees ready to be assigned to the tasks.
Flexible (Temporary) to Hire
Encadria can provide you the luxury of a trial period during which you can measure an employee's skills and fit before committing to a full-time employment relationship. Candidates like working a trial period because they gather information about the work environment before joining it. After the completion of the trial period, the client has satisfied the agreement with Encadria Staffing Solutions and may make a full-time offer to our employee with no other fees. In the event a client desires to make the full-time offer before the designated trial time has elapsed, we will negotiate a fair fee based on the remaining trial period.
Placement or Direct Hire
With our direct hire staffing, we offer employers our expertise in recruiting, screening and evaluating candidates for open positions within your organization. Our experienced staff will source the candidates that meet your skill and experience requirements, coordinate all staffing transactions and ease the burden of the entire process. All fees for direct hire placements are employer paid. There is no fee obligation unless and until the candidate actually begins employment.
Payrolling Services
You can recruit and screen your own workers, but engage Encadria to actually hire and assign the workers to perform the services or place workers currently employed by you on our payroll. This is a good option for a company whose workers generally are on temporary assignments and make up a small proportion of its work force. Frequently, a company needs the services of an employee near retirement to extend beyond the retirement date. Encadria Staffing solutions can hire the employee and assign him to the company without disrupting the normal retirement schedule. It is also an excellent way to employ students, co-ops and interns, especially in the summer months. By assuming employer responsibility, Encadria Staffing Solutions saves clients valuable time by reducing their applicant flow and administrative work.
On-site Management (Vendor on Premise)
On-site management is a complete, formal staffing solution. Unlike the traditional services, on-site management does not focus on the Short-Term needs, but is a Long-Term solution. Encadria Staffing Solutions management can work full-time on-site to coordinate all staffing requirements. This type of solution provides not only coordination of your supplemental personnel but also allows for management of your entire flexible workforce.
