Vacation Bonus
To qualify, an employee must work as an Encadria Staffing Solutions employee for 1500 hours within a rolling 52-week period.
*Effective 04/01/09, employees payrolled through Encadria Staffing Solutions, including students, co-op's and interns, are no longer eligible for this benefit.
Holiday Pay
To qualify, an employee must work as an Encadria Staffing Solutions employee for 1500 hours, within the 52 weeks prior to the week of the holiday and work at least 24 hours the week of the holiday. The holiday must fall on a regularly scheduled work day.
