Encadria Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a temporary to hire Maintenance Electrician.  

 Pay is $17.00 to $19.00hr

BASIC FUNCTION

Performs a wide variety of functions such as installation, maintenance and repair of equipment for generating, distribution and utilizing electrical energy.  Includes, motors, generators, transformers, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, heating units and transmission systems.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Works from schematics, drawings, layouts and other specifications to located and diagnose trouble in the electrical system or equipment.  Follows manufactuers' manuals for tracing complicated circuitry.
2. Uses instruments to test circuits and replaces or intalls new equipment.  Uses test instruments to determine faults and replaces components.
3. Adjusts, repairs and replaces equipment and components.
4. Installs new equipment.
5. Removes, cleans, disassembles, repairs commutators, bearings, etc.  Reassembles and reinstralls motors, circuit breakers, etc.
6. Improvises acceptable fixes to get equipment running properly.
7. Assists engineers in diagnosing problems and suggesting corrective actions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or degree in Industrial Electrical Construction

A minimum of five years electrical experience: service, repair and installation. Electrical license is a plus.
Must possess valid drivers license and meet MVR requirements to operate vehicle.
Must have a he ability knowledge of panel builder 32, capable of developing electrical drawings using AutoCAD,
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with PLC programming using Rslogix including HMI screen development, experience with the installation of conduit, wires & instrument calibrations.
Candidates need strong verbal, reading, and math skills as well as good communication, interpersonal, and organization skills to ensure effective teamwork and customer relations.
