Encadria Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for multiple Customer Service Associates. This position is first shift from 8-5 Monday-Friday. Our client offers excellent benefits and a pay increase upon a full-time offer.
Job Responsibilities:
• Research all customer oriented issues
• Expedite warehouse and direct orders
• Coordinate with benefits and merchandisers to assure accurate and time sensitive orders
• Work with service centers to solve order issues
• Communicate with mills and warehouse to coordinate and track deliveries
• Complete new item request forms and track through computer system
Applicants must have four years of customer service experience and a HS Diploma.
