Minimum Qualifications (Education, experience, licensure, training, and specific skills to fulfill the primary duties and responsibilities of the job)
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA) in Computer Science/IT
- Ability to work well within a team; good interpersonal relation skills.
- Effective verbal & written communication.
- Ability to work productively under direct supervision.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to support successful performance in a team environment
Candidates will need to quickly respond to phone calls and email request. Assist meeting development team planner(s) with preparation, hold pre-meeting planning sessions, document and distribute requirement, produce interactive materials, power point presentations, large-format signage, and interactive content for large-screen from template as requested. Prepare space for meetings, setup and breakdown exhibits. Work with catering, print graphic designers, technical experts and business and sales personnel. Candidates must have an adherence to change and the ability to work well under pressure, strong organizational skills required, ensuring that all intake forms, confirmations, meeting reminders are sent. The candidate will be guided in all tasks by a more senior person.
