Encadria Staffing Solutions is accepting resumes for Temporary to hire experienced Inside Sales Representative. 2 + years experience in wholesale sales is prefered or business to business inside sales. Must have working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
Position requires:
-Communication with Managers, Agents and Distributors.
- Receives and handles incoming calls in an efficient and helpful manner to meet customer needs.
- Modifies existing orders related to cancellations, changes and additions to accommodate agent requests.
- Expedites orders with the factory support team to meet scheduling deadlines.
- Handles territory correspondence including faxes and emails to complete administrative procedures.
- Organizes and maintains current order files and product information.
-Resolves billing and commission discrepancies to satisfy agent and/or accounting requests.
