JOB SUMMARY

Under minimal supervision, transports, sets up, operates and maintains a wide range of audiovisual (A/V) equipment. Troubleshoots A/V problems, performs minor repair work and tracks location of equipment inventory throughout the Bank. Maintains organization and security of A/V equipment room. May be called on to pick up equipment from or deliver equipment to area vendors and perform other related duties as assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Transports, sets up, and operates a wide variety of A/V equipment including video, slide, overhead, sound and lighting equipment, and associated computer hardware. Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and corrects any problems encountered in the setup and/or operation of all A/V equipment.

2. Performs periodic maintenance, cleaning and repairs on all A/V equipment as needed. Monitors condition of inventory through inspection, repair, and replacement of work or damaged parts or equipment. May be called upon to pick up/deliver equipment from/to area vendors. 

3. Maintains orderly and comprehensive storage and tracking system of A/V equipment. Reports daily on location and usage of all A/V items and monitors meeting rooms to recover unused equipment in a timely manner. Maintains equipment inventory using a manual or computerized system and prepares documentation, reports or surveys as required.

4. Produces audiovisual materials for presentations as directed. This may include production of digital photographs, video or sound recordings, or other media. Works with various computer software packages to create professional graphics. May teach others how to operate software packages.

5. Schedule and monitor video conferencing and assist clients in the operation of video conferencing equipment.

6. Work with A/V staff members as a team to ensure that video conferencing needs and AV needs are entered accurately in software applications.
