Encadria Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst in the Atlanta area.
Summary:
Responsible for the analysis of data quality in Commercial Credit databases. Duties include building procedures using SQL and database technologies to identifiy and correct data quality issues. Strong data analysis skills required. Strong communication and organization skills needed to interact with external departments.
Position Requirements and Duties
1. Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering, or computer science or related field of study
2. 1 + year of experience in the field
3. Experience with other common desktop productivity software including Microsoft Word, MS-Access, Excel, email, and web browsers
4. Must have experience with relational databases and be proficient using SQL
5. Hands-on experience with scripting languages like VB Scripts, JavaScripts etc. to build productivity/data analysis tools
6. Ability to develop and produce metrics/reports to track the ongoing quality of commercial data
7. Proficiency in data handling and data manipulation (import/export of data, different file formats like CSV, fixed etc.)
8. Execute ad-hoc data analyses in response to business requests
9 Proven analytical decision making and problem solving skills
10. Ability to perform data research and analysis using web search engines like google, yahoo etc.
11. Ability to quickly learn new technologies
