Education High School Diploma required; Some college or degree preferred.
Validates and reconciles client information necessary to process new, renewal, anniversary business interests, and values. Under supervision, validates client input into Business Interest Management systems and account information into Business Entities and Account Engineering systems, and works with client and internal information users to resolve concerns of prospect/client data integrity.
Provides quality professional service to clients as a member of the Client Servicing Team and in coordination with other members of the Client Servicing Team.
Updates data for customer and account engineering tools, such as LEM, CIW/Impromptu, EWH, MFL, EDE Servicing, Risk Mark, and Risk Profile.
As part of the Client Servicing Team, learns the business, its products and related services, as well as possessing good technical skills. Under supervision by the Client Processing Associate III and/or the Client Processing Manager, performs various engineering processes in various systems to ensure timely delivery of products and services to new and existing customers. These processes and systems include but are not limited to LEM, Team Assessment, EDE Servicing, Risk Configuration, MFL programs, Horizon, and Business Interest Management.
Responds to customers, both internal and external and directs customer inquiries to appropriate sources within established time frames.
Interacts with new business development, client service, and engineering departments as well as other members of the client processing department to determine the best method of establishing Business Interests information in Business Interest Manager to meet each disciplines needs. Under supervision, performs analysis and
Dissemination of customer data and information necessary for the timely and accurate processing and servicing of new business, renewals, or anniversaries. Requests Flood studies as required and conducts follow-ups until they have been received. Once received, captures required information into Business Interest Management.
Processes accurate data and information from the customer to FMIC within established time frames, per standard guidelines or as directed. Responsible for maintaining data integrity of the Business Interest Management system. This data impacts statistical information used by other members of the Client Servicing Team. Creates and enters Document Distribution instructions and Business Entity and Organizational Structure information in CSS, understanding the ramifications to all downstream systems and reports.
Prepares and maintains canned and customized impromptu reports within approved requirements and specifications using CIW and EWJ, risk profiles and risk mark reports. Verifies that Risk Reports contain information needed to transmit them to customers and updates LEM as needed.Gathers and coordinates materials needed by the account engineers for team assessments and account reviews.
Experience: 1+ years insurance or related work experience
