(Long term temporary 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. $16 per hour)

Responsible for providing quality first level support and directions for reported problems, issues, requests, and questions. Performs application and/or hardware support and troubleshooting tasks. Properly route all second level reported work to appropriate support groups. Interface directly with internal customers, support groups, and management to collect and understand pertinent information to effectively drive resolution/closure of work. Works to understand the organization(s) supported and IT's role in the business mission.

Skills\Experience

• One year experience in a customer service delivery environment
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Windows XP and MS Office
• Some experience with secure remote access connections

Education

Associates Degree in CIS, related field or equivalent work experience
