Requirements
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and their employees, by phone and in person
• Strong ability to accurately manage and plan multiple projects while meeting customer needs
• Ability to work effectively with technical, clerical and physical aspects of a ‘hands-on’ business
• Abilities to use MS Office and technical software applications required
• Availability for business travel, with a clean driver’s license, able to pass drug tests and carry a ‘drug free’ card
• Willingness to ‘pitch in’ to help with all aspects of a growing, customer-driven, small business
• Ability to travel up to 75% with overnight stays
Other Qualifications (Helpful but not required)
Experience in use, installation or maintenance of HVAC, cooling, or refrigeration equipment strongly preferred
Experience in Quality, Environment, Maintenance, Repair, Engineering, Health & Safety or Shipping functions
Degree from a 2 or 4 year institution and exposure to MS Project software are also helpful.
Compensation
Incentive plans based on time, cost and revenue goals will be developed within a year
