Candidate must be a freshman or sophomore at a local University. Must also be seeking an IT/IS degree and have at least moderate exposure to programming, computer logic, and database technologies. Tasks include computer programming and analysis, helpdesk support, documentation, and client interaction. Training is given while working on projects, strengthening skills.
Requirements:
- Hours - Minimum of 25-30 (Maximum 40) hours per week, year-round; Time Off for Classes, School Exams, School Vacations. Must commit to two 8-hour days during the week.
- Graduation Date - 01/01/2010 or later (18 months to 2 years before graduation)
- Major - Computer Science, Business, or similar
- Technical - SQL, MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Communication Skills - Oral and Written

- Production support and development on multiple HR applications
- Working with the HR Business Intelligence Data Warehouse (Oracle database and Cognos software). * This data warehouse is leveraged by end Users for reporting on HR Payroll and Benefits data.
