Encadria Staffing Solutions is recruiting for an temporary to hire Inside Sales Representative. Candidate will be experienced in penetrating new accounts, qualifying leads, and working with field sales to close deals. This position is 100% inside sales and requires office hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday. College degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Strong communication skills, excellent planning and organizational skills and intermediate knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook as well as the ability to learn new web based program

oFollow-up with customers on maintenance renewals
oProven problem solving experience with challenging client issues
oMust be able to quickly cultivate a territory
