Associate is responsible for the control, development and results of a 50 customer portfolio totaling $25 million credit balance. Manage account portfolio including reviewing and analyzing all credit and deduction resolution within department guidelines. Independently perform general maintenance of customer files. Perform root cause analysis, negotiate and influence account reconciliation through customer communication, sales and other internal business units. Insure compliance to department standard operation procedures. Develop and implement action plans to reconcile past due issues amicably. Prepare reconciliation packages to present to customer. Escalate issues to management with recommendations as needed. All accountabilities completed with direction of manager. As a member of a team, develop skills through training, execute best practices and support coporate goals and process changes recommended by team and management. Travel as needed for development and/or reconciliation of differences with accounts and sales. Use and or develop tools to track progress. Complete other assigned duties and special projects as necessary.
