Maintains and continually develops meaningful, productive client relationships through close, proactive interaction with client.
Ensures parent company has all required specifications, files, materials and any other pertinent information from sales or customer to complete jobs.
Works closely with Production and Scheduling in the development of a job, communicating pertinent information to the client and sales. Ensures that the client meets all scheduled due dates. Keep client and sales informed on status of all aspects of the job.
Responsible for assuring and verifying quality control processes on all jobs.
Partners directly with the assigned Account Manger to ensure that the Company meets and exceeds the client’s service expectations.
Reviews all incoming work to ensure job specifications and job materials are correct and consistent with agreed scope of job. If any discrepancies are discovered communicate with Account Manager to secure new pricing.
Work with Account Manager to assure ongoing billing information and accurate, efficient invoicing of jobs.
Represents parent company to customer in a professional and helpful manner.
Maintains familiarity with production operations and procedures as they relate to clients needs.
Participates in periodic staff meetings and other meetings as required of the position.
Participates in training and development programs as required of the position.
Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications Are:
Bachelor or Associates Degree or equivalent base of related experience in Customer Service.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent intrapersonal, written and oral communications skills.
Ability to mine and analyze information and solve problems.
Hours: 8am-4:30pm
Pay: $12hr
