Encadria Staffing Solutions is currently accepting resumes for temporary and temporary to hire Legal Administrative Assistants. Minimum 3 years administrative assistance experience with advance knowledge of MS Excel. Prefer 2 years post-high school education. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work collaboratively with all areas of the legal field; the scope includes providing administrative coverage in absence of assigned work group assistants, overflow assistance, and assistance on a wide variety of projects. All aspects of Legal Administrative Assistant work apply, including document creation and management, matter management, records management, client interaction, organization and time management. Demonstrated high technology acumen coupled with focus on workflow efficiency to proactively support a wide variety of practice areas (including the Microsoft suite, document redlining/comparison software, document management and experience with databases such as matter or client management software. Requires a high level of confidentiality and judgment.Project management skills a plus. These positions would be located within the downtown and North Atlanta areas. Not all positions are MARTA accessible. Pay would vary depending on positions requirements but would range within the $15hr to $20hr range
