Encadria Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a long term temporary Project Manager for a client located in the Perimeter area.
Position requirements are as follows:
.Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent)
• 5-7+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience managing an international project preferred.
• Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project will be crucial.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Customer service skills an asset.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure full-scale project plan is maintained and up-to-date using MS Office.
• Liaise with multiple COEs (Centers of Excellence) and stakeholders on an ongoing basis to ensure project is moving forward and scheduled to meet assigned deliverables.
• Work closely with the Emerging Markets leader to identify risks and gaps.
• Develop associated communications documents.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Additional Information:
The person in this role will be managing the project plan for the company's expansion into India.
Some local travel between the company's Atlanta offices will be required. (No international travel.)
