Seven TED Talks to Inspire Leadership

TED (short for technology, entertainment, design) Talks is an excellent online resource for learning about a wealth of subjects. Here are seven TED Talks that involve the elements of leadership and how to be a better leader.

  1. Lead Like the Great Conductors – Itay Talgam

Talgam is an accomplished Israeli composer and is considered an expert in the subject of leadership. In this TED Talk, he explains how leading a symphony orchestra parallels with business leadership. It’s an enlightening discussion that provides a new angle on leadership and includes metaphors that really help viewers “connect the dots.”

If you’re wondering how to turn small ideas into big projects, this is an interesting discussion.

TED Talks is one of the best resources for self-education on the internet. All of these discussions will help you better understand leadership and what it takes to succeed in this type of role.
