Eddie Ray, CSP, Assistant General Manager -
Atlanta, Georgia
Eddie has been in the Staffing Industry since graduating Kennesaw State
University in 1995 with a Bachelor Degree in Business. Eddie worked for a
national staffing service as an On-Site Supervisor and placed employees in an
Industrial capacity for another national staffing firm. Since joining Encadria
Staffing Solutions in 1998, Eddie has been promoted through multiple positions
and now co-manages the organization. Eddie received his Certified Staffing
Professional Certification in March 2004. |

Sue Strong-Gossage, CSP, Assistant General Manager - Green
Bay, Wisconsin
Before starting with Encadria in 2001, Sue worked for a locally owned staffing
service for 12 years. Since joining Encadria Staffing Solutions, Sue has been
promoted through multiple positions and now co-manages the organization. She
earned her CSP certificate in March 2004. She is a member of SHRM and the Green
Bay Area Chamber of Commerce. Sue received her BS in Business Administration
from University of Wisconsin Green Bay. |

Amanda Hasty, CSP, Client Service Manager - Jacksonville, Florida
Amanda joined the Encadria team in August 2000 opening our first office outside
of Atlanta in Jacksonville , FL. She has 7 years of staffing experience and
received her CSP in March 2004. Amanda received her BA Degree from Valdosta
State University. |

Joann Steele, CSP, Client Service Manager - Peachtree City,
Georgia
Joann began her career in the staffing industry in August 1998 with a national
staffing service and joined Encadria in 2001. Prior to her work in the staffing
industry she held many different service positions within the airline industry.
Joann earned her CSP designation in March 2004. She has a Bachelor of Business
Administration from Georgia Southern University. |

Kristin N. Shaw, CSP, Client Service Manager - Green Bay,
Wisconsin
Kristin has been in the Staffing Industry since 1990. She brings experience
with both local and national staffing companies where she worked prior to
joining Encadria. Kristin started with Encadria Staffing Solutions in March
2002 as a temporary employee and was hired full-time in May 2002. She received
her CSP in November 2004. She is currently a member of the Northeast Wisconsin
Technical College’s Administrative Assistant Advisory Board and has previously
been an active member of various community and school advisory boards. Kristin
also volunteers her time to several community organizations in presenting job
skills/job coaching workshops. |

Marie Sotillo, CSP, Client Service Supervisor – Green Bay,
Wisconsin
Marie started in the staffing industry with Encadria Staffing Solutions in
2002. She left in June of 2003 and worked in recruitment for an international
trucking company. She returned to Encadria Staffing Solutions in 2005. Marie is
a past member of the Hispanic Advisory Committee to the Mayor.

Elizabeth Kent, CSP, Client Service Supervisor - Atlanta,
Georgia
Elizabeth joined Encadria in January 2006 after relocating to Atlanta from
Dallas, Texas. She has over 7 years of staffing experience having worked for a
locally owned service specializing in legal personnel. She has her Bachelor's
Degree from Southern Methodist University.

Kim Saulsberry, Client Service Supervisor - Memphis,
Tennessee
Kim joined the Encadria team in October of 2008 and has been working in the
Staffing Industry since 2001. She has worked in variety of positions for both
local and global staffing companies, placing employees predominantly within the
light industrial business segment. Kim attended Southwest Community College,
majoring in Computer Operations and Business Administration during college.

Melanie Rhodes, CSP, Client Service Supervisor – Atlanta,
Georgia
Melanie has been working in the staffing industry for five years. She started
in the industry in August of 2000 with a national service and joined Encadria
Staffing Solutions in 2001. Melanie received her CSP in 2004. She has a
Bachelor's Degree from Alabama State University and a Masters Degree from Troy
State University. |

Dee Dee Kline, CSP, Client Service Supervisor - Jacksonville,
Florida
Dee Dee started with Encadria in August of 2004. While this is her first
position in the staffing industry, she has over two years prior administrative
experience. Dee Dee received her Certified Staffing Professional designation in
March of 2005 and has a certificate in Business and Office Technology from
Coastal Georgia Community College. |

Daysi Pizana, Operations Support - Green Bay, Wisconsin
Daysi joined the Encadria team in May of 2005. She recently relocated to
Wisconsin from the Los Angeles area, where she worked as Legal Assistant for a
large law firm. Daysi is English/Spanish bilingual and has six years of
operations support experience. |

Gloria Lafayette, CSP, Client Service Supervisor, Atlanta,
Georgia
Gloria started in the Staffing Industry in 2000 with a nationally recognized
Firm specializing in administrative placements and joined the Encadria Team in
2006 . She has over 5 years of staffing industry experience. Prior to joining,
she was operations support at a local IT consulting & management Firm. She
has training in Business Administration. |

Tom O'Loughlin, Client Service Supervisor, Atlanta, GA
Tom joined the Encadria team in December 2006. He recently relocated to Atlanta
from southern Florida. Although Tom is new to the Staffing Industry, he has
over 10 years of administrative experience and attended college for Business
Administration. |

Brooke Williams, CSP, Client Service Supervisor, Atlanta, GA
Brooke started working in the staffing industry with a local firm in 2005
specializing in administrative placements. Brooke joined the Encadria team in
January 2007. She has a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from The University of
Georgia. |

Beth Smith, CSP, Client Service Supervisor - Peachtree City,
Georgia
Beth has been in the staffing industry for ten years and has worked in the
Human Resources field in various capacities for over 17 years in positions
including Training Coordinator, HR Manager, Regional HR Director, Staffing
Coordinator, Staffing Manager. Beth started with Encadria Staffing Solutions in
February 2005. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources
from Brigham Young University and is working towards a Masters Degree in Human
Resources from Georgia State University. Beth earned her CSP in July 2005 and
is a member of SHRM and a past member of ASTD. |

Chris Lundgren, CSP, Client Service Supervisor - Green Bay,
Wisconsin
Chris joined Encadria Staffing Solutions LLC in October 2007. Prior to joining
our team, he worked with a regional staffing service for 3 years as an On-Site
Manager, specializing in industrial, administrative and technical placement. He
has several years of healthcare recruiting experience, as well as non-profit
industry experience. Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the
University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. |

Jim Schwartz, CSP, Business Development Manager – Green Bay, Wisconsin
Jim has over 16 years of experience in the staffing industry and joined
Encadria in June 2005. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Jim
has lived in the Green Bay area for over 25 years. He currently serves on the
Board of Directors for the Literacy Council of Brown County and the University
of Wisconsin-Green Bay Alumni Association. In addition, he is a member of the
Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Ashwaubenon Business
Association, and the Downtown Lions Club. |

Kim Kincaid, CSP, Business Development Manager – Peachtree
City, Georgia
Kim joined Encadria Staffing Solutions in 2006 as a Business Development
Manager for our Southside Atlanta office. Kim has over 13 years of sales
experience handling National Accounts and work experience including
administrative, customer service and manufacturing. Kim is an Atlanta native
and has an Associates degree from Dekalb College.
