Since joining Encadria Staffing Solutions in 1998, Eddie has been promoted through multiple positions and now co-manages the organization. Joann began her career in the staffing industry in August 1998 with a national staffing service and joined Encadria in 2001. Prior to her work in the staffing industry she held many different service positions within the airline industry. Joann earned her CSP designation in March 2004. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. |

Beth has been in the staffing industry for ten years and has worked in the Human Resources field in various capacities for over 17 years in positions including Training Coordinator, HR Manager, Regional HR Director, Staffing Coordinator, Staffing Manager. Beth started with Encadria Staffing Solutions in February 2005. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Brigham Young University and is working towards a Masters Degree in Human Resources from Georgia State University. Beth earned her CSP in July 2005 and is a member of SHRM and a past member of ASTD. |

Kim joined Encadria Staffing Solutions in 2006 as a Business Development Manager for our Southside Atlanta office. Kim has over 13 years of sales experience handling National Accounts and work experience including administrative, customer service and manufacturing. Kim is an Atlanta native and has an Associates degree from Dekalb College. |
