During my time at Encadria Staffing Solutions I have experienced the growth and development this company has to offer, both internally and externally. I started out as a Client Service Manager recruiting qualified candidates to work for our parent company, Georgia-Pacific. Now, I lead a team of recruiters that connect individuals to job opportunities across the US. I find it extremely fulfilling to know that the hiring decisions that we make every day can create so much value for the community. One of the first individuals I hired as an employee started out as a general laborer and now, they are working full time in a supervisor role.
