Encadria Staffing Solutions gives employees the option of enrolling in a minimum essential coverage policy, an ACA-compliant insurance plan, specifically designed for the staffing industry and provided by Essential StaffCARE.
Work as an Encadria Staffing Solutions employee for 1,500 hours within a rolling 52-week period to qualify. Employees are eligible to receive 1 (one) vacation bonus for each 52-week period.
Employees payrolled through Encadria Staffing Solutions are not eligible for this benefit.
Qualify for holiday pay by working as an Encadria Staffing Solutions employee for 1,500 hours, within the 52 weeks prior to the week of the holiday, and work at least 24 hours the week of the holiday.

- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
