No, there is not a specific period that you must have been away from employment with a Koch company before you may return to work through Encadria.
You will not reapply for work with your former employer. You will need to complete a basic application and onboarding paperwork for employment with Encadria.
Individuals who convert from employment with a Koch company to employment with Encadria will be required to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation if the break in service has been greater than 30 days.

Yes, you may enroll in Encadria’s benefits program through Essential StaffCare, which includes medical, dental, vision, Rx and Term life options.
Individuals who are Medicare eligible may elect to enroll with Essential StaffCare (ESC). Some employees elect to enroll with both Medicare and ESC. The ESC plan will always pay primary, so the ESC reimbursement will always equal the per day policy benefit payout.
Because Encadria is the employer of record, any pension benefits you are receiving will not be impacted.
You may be eligible to take SS retirement benefits, depending on the amount you earn in a calendar year. Reach out to a tax professional to discuss your personal situation.
Encadria does not offer a 401k plan.
If the work that you will be doing for the business requires equipment, it will be provisioned. You may also Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) if you choose.
Corporate business cards are not issued to Encadria employees. If there are travel or other expenses incurred from the assignment with Encadria, we recommend that you utilize your personal cc. Submitted / approved expenses are processed via payroll on a weekly basis, before your monthly payment is due to your cc company.
Retirees are not eligible for Encadria paid vacation bonus or our pay for our 5 recognized holidays. However, if your supervisor approves payment from the business you are supporting, payment can be issued based on pre-approved agreements.
Work hours will be established through prior agreement with your client company supervisor.
Our application and onboarding processes are electronic. However, an Encadria Client Service Manager can assist with any questions or technical issues that arise.
