In 2010, I was excited to start a new career with Encadria Staffing Solutions as a Client Service Manager.  Little did I know what the next 12 years would have in store...from staffing 100+ summer employees at Georgia-Pacific's Green Bay, WI plant every year to providing on-site staffing services to the facility in Sheboygan, WI, I worked to provide value wherever it was needed.  I've worked with numerous amazing clients and helped 100's of candidates find their next career.  Since moving into the Midwest Market Manager role, I've worked one-on-one with a dedicated team of Client Service Managers, helping them to find fulfillment in their work and celebrate their successes, as well as my own.  Each day I'm proud to work with co-workers who have a shared vision- to be the preferred temporary staffing partner of the Koch companies by providing superior solutions that meet their ever changing needs and staffing strategies.
