I started my career with Encadria Staffing Solutions as a Client Service Manager in 2014.  Since that time I have had the opportunity to grow personally and professionally.  I’m thankful for a culture that embraces diversity in it’s hiring efforts and encourages contribution for the mutual benefit of our employees and our customers.  Our work is to invest in the lives of people by finding the right role for each person all while creating value for our parent company, Georgia Pacific.  I was promoted to Market Manager in 2018 and expanded my leadership responsibilities in 2021 to the Southwest Region Team which includes Georgia Pacific, John Zink & Koch Industries companies in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas & Arizona.
