My journey with Koch started almost 10 years ago through Encadria as an administrative assistant in the Georgia-Pacific Packaging department. As a single mom of two amazing daughters ages 7 and 14, I needed a role with an organization that offered growth opportunities and flexibility. I had no idea that 30-day “assignment” would be life-changing for all of us! My daughters are now high school and (almost) college graduates and I have had the opportunity of leading teams across multiple Koch companies. Let Encadria be the start of your wonderful career journey!

Honi Raymond – Diversity Recruiting Program Manager

Encadria’s team has CONSISTENTLY been professional and collaborative over those 20 years. On top of that, they work in harmony with the Koch Principal Based Management philosophy. We understand each other’s business at a cultural level. Finally, their cost structure is without challenge our most effective way to utilize the best temporary resources at the least cost.

Jeff Kamenski

Funny story. You started out as Georgia Temps way back in the day. I was in a pinch (in 1997) and needed a job, so I called and got placed at Turner Broadcasting where I met my other half of the last 25 years, made many other lifelong friends, and launched a career in corporate comms. Then when I came to Koch I started out as a contractor through Encadria. GA Temps/Encadria…changing lives!

Jeffery Peebles

I started my journey with GP through Encadria in 2022, three years later I’m a supervisor. I still partner with Encadria to help source the most qualified talent available. My entire team is built from Encadria Staffing success stories.

Brittany Weldon – Quality Analytical Lab Manager

I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent customer service, support, and attention our Wauna Team receives from the Encadria Team. Your team helps our team continue to be successful! Whether it is short term summer help or longer- term projects, you have always been our go to service provider. I look forward to continuing our relationship lives!

Heather Bogle – HR Generalist

In East TX, the Camden Complex and Corrigan sites have partnered with Encadria since before the office was established in Diboll in 2014. The staff has sent us numerous temporary employees who have become successful long-term GP employees, creating virtuous cycles of mutual benefit for themselves, the company, and the community. While not our only staffing strategy, the Encadria team is a significant part of our staffing strategy, and we value this partnership.

Cathy Page – Sr Manager HRBP

The Encadria team in Bowling Green strives to fill our positions with safety orientated and production driven employees.

I worked with Krystal Leonard in the Spring of 2022 to acquire a temporary storeroom associate. I found Krystal to be very personable and easy to work with. She moved very fast on the request and was available to answer questions at a moment’s notice. I believe we went from the initial request to extending an offer to a qualified candidate in less than two weeks, which was remarkable, and we have been very satisfied with the candidate over the past 5 months.

Curtis S. – Fletcher, OK

I have had a very positive experience with Encadria and in specific Sheri Pamperin. I have had a few contractors with her over the past couple years. She helped me process a timecard I forgot to approve once on a Monday. Recently, I had a request for a new role and she posted, interviewed and started the new contractor in less than 2 weeks. She is always quick to respond, positive and very helpful. There is nothing I would recommend changing with the process.

Hannah J. – Green Bay, WI

I have worked as a contractor for Encadria for many years. My current role as a Recruiting Coordinator has been a challenging yet exciting role. I know in working for Encadria, there are always opportunities to grow and succeed within the organization. Since I am the newest member of my team, Kathi, my manager, ensure that I am equipped to perform any tasks with confidence.

Latangila B. – Covington, GA
